Candle Broken In Transit
We strive to ensure a secure and seamless delivery of your shipment, but we understand that accidents can happen. In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged, rest assured that we will provide a replacement or a full refund—no questions asked.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Clear photos of the mailing carton with the shipping label attached.
- Clear photos of the damaged candle, including the product label or candle name.
- A photo of the packing slip inside the mailing box.
